Montichiari is the most convenient option for the ceremony  (walking distance to the ceremony; 30-minute drive to the reception), Castrezzato is closest to the reception (30-minute drive to the ceremony; 5-minute drive to the reception), and Desenzano del Garda is a great choice if you'd like to spend a weekend by Lake Garda (20-minute drive to the ceremony; 45-minute drive to the reception).

    • Our Story

    Our story began in Cornwall. Leonardo was pursuing his PhD there when Nadia arrived from Italy for a six-month research visit. Neither of us could have imagined that the looong coffee breaks at the office would become the beginning of the greatest adventure of our lives.

    What started as friendship grew naturally and we became each other's closest friend. However, life took us to different corners of the world. Our relationship began while we were across continents, with Leonardo in the United States and Nadia in Italy. Daily calls, frequent messages and carefully planned visits became our routine. Then, Nadia moved to the UK and Leonardo to Spain. Eventually, we had chance to share the same roof when Nadia moved to Germany. Later, Italy became the place where we chose to continue writing our story together.
    After a long hike to Croda del Becco, in the Dolomites, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, Leonardo asked Nadia to marry him. Just a few weeks later, we discovered we were expecting our greatest adventure yet: Aurora! 
    Today, our story has grown into something we could never have imagined during those coffee breaks and we can't wait to celebrate this next chapter with the people who have supported us along the way. Thank you for being part of our journey... we can't wait to celebrate our love with you!
